LEVEL UP - Full Body gives you three intense training days focused on strength. In week 1 we train without equipment and from week 2 we level up with dumbbells, ideally increasing the weight week by week and taking it up a notch every time!
Between the strength sessions there are cardio units to activate the cardiovascular system and boost fat burning. At the end of the training weeks recovery takes center stage. The entire musculoskeletal system is stretched and on Sunday it is me time on the plan - a mix of mental and breathing exercises where we recharge, consciously make time for ourselves, and activate body and mind.
