N-HIT IV

This training focuses on total muscle fatigue through the positive and negative movement phases. The positive phase of a repetition is the force used to move the weight from A to B. The negative phase is the part of the repetition when the weight is controlled back from point B to point A. The emphasis is on the word controlled!
The training is great for newcomers to strength sports because the slow, deliberate movements improve muscle awareness.
